Off-Season & Management

  • The off-season is when the draft, trades and management changes occur

  • The annual draft will determine which teams graduating AHS/THS seniors will play on

  • Trades may occur when two managers agree upon an equal amount of players to trade

  • Trades must be approved and finalized

  • Managers have various decisions to make during the off-season. They are essentially the captains of their team and make the decisions

  • They must first decide if they will continue to manage their team or break the team apart

  • Managers must decide whether they want to trade players and must decide who to draft to their team

  • Ideally we want teams to stick together for years creating dynasties, handing down the management to younger players over time
