Off-Season & Management
-
The off-season is when the draft, trades and management changes occur
-
The annual draft will determine which teams graduating AHS/THS seniors will play on
-
Trades may occur when two managers agree upon an equal amount of players to trade
-
Trades must be approved and finalized
-
Managers have various decisions to make during the off-season. They are essentially the captains of their team and make the decisions
-
They must first decide if they will continue to manage their team or break the team apart
-
Managers must decide whether they want to trade players and must decide who to draft to their team
-
Ideally we want teams to stick together for years creating dynasties, handing down the management to younger players over time
